Vincent Raffaele is a seasoned executive leader with over two decades of experience in public administration, human resources management, and strategic operations. He is the founder, executive director, and current chairman of the board of MACRO Consulting Group. As an Army Veteran and current Branch Chief in the United States Air Force, Vincent brings a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex programs, and driving organizational success in both military and civilian sectors.

Throughout his career, Vincent has held critical leadership positions, including Management and Program Analyst with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Supervisory Staff Administrator for an Army Reserve Battalion. His expertise spans strategic planning, program management, talent development, and operational oversight, consistently delivering measurable results in high-pressure environments.

Vincent holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security from Pennsylvania State University, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS-GB). He has authored two books on leadership and management, The PEAK Performance People Plan and All Aboard: The Power of Onboarding. His commitment to service extends beyond his professional roles, as he actively mentors transitioning veterans through HireHeroes USA.

Kasey served 5 years in the US Army as a human resource specialist. She then went on to obtain her Masters degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. Her unique experiences and expertise makes her an excellent outreach manager. Her primary focus is always client first coupled with her unique abilities to creatively problem solve. Kasey maintains outstanding interpersonal skills and is made available for the clients needs.
